Ingredients

150 g flour (50% oat flour / 50% wheat flour)
3 pcs eggs
100 g butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
30 g Cashewnuts
2 pcs banana
32 g (4spl) golden stevia

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, stevia)
  2. 3 eggs and butter mix together
  3. Mash banana
  4. Add Banana and 2/3 Cashew Nuts to eggs and butter mix
  5. Add to the mixture of dry ingredients mix
  6. Put paste to baking mould, spread the remaining Cashew nuts and cook at preheated oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes
