How to make Psyllium Husk Low Carb Keto Baquette with Psyllium Husk and Golden Flax Seed Longbread Mix?
- Beat 4 eggs, add 250 ml of water and mix the liquid with the mixture of dry ingredients, let the fibers absorb for 15 minutes.
- Then put on the rubber gloves and form a long ball! You can use a special mold for a long cake, put baking paper under it or brush it with oil before putting the cake on the molds!
- Shake the 4 seed mix on top of the long bread and cut stripes on the butter with a knife.
- Put the long loaf in a preheated 190C oven, bake for 1 hour.
- Take the long bread out of the oven and let it cool. Cut slices and enjoy!
