Due to safety concerns, unfortunately we can not accept any returns of food products, even if they are unopened. We would not feel comfortable reselling any returned products to other clients, as we take strict precautions in securely storing our inventory in a specific climate-controlled environment engineered to provide the optimal conditions for the product to stay fresh and safe. If an unopened box is returned to us we have no way to detect any tampering, so for the safety of the clients who depend on us, we can not accept returns. If you do not receive the product from the courier and if the courier has stated the reason “The customer did not answer the phone, did not respond to SMS and email messages, was not at the address at the agreed time, was not available at the address of the recipient specified in the order”, then we will not compensate the customer for the purchase price of the product and we will not send a new product for free either. We appreciate your understanding.
We ship all orders received by 2:00pm(EET +2) Monday – Friday the same day with free standard shipping (1-7 business days).
Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
We are not responsible for delays in orders caused by the fault of the transport company, in pandemic situations, due to war, strikes, bankruptcy of the transport company, natural disasters.
